I have purchased a cigar lighter and humidity packs from Humidor 1, and I'm hoping to purchase some cigars as well in the future. The customer service is always excellent, and the prices very reasonable.

My experience was outstanding, the proprietor at the shop was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the cigars in his shop. I highly recommend you stop, especially if you love vintage cigars.

He has legit Cuban produced cigars but they are shockingly expensive. This is the reality with very high demand and low stock availability. There are some options here more economically priced by still pricey. Its the cost of imports to Canada as well that make it prohibitive to me. Overall there is some stuff here reasonable on cost and good quality but not like the US

Went in to get a cigar for a friend of mine to celebrate having a baby. Store is nicely stocked with a wide variety of products. I chose a Bolivar which was a favourite of mine when I was a smoker. When I told him it was a gift he made sure to seal it tight and gave me a quick run through on proper storage. Didn't have much time to shop that day but I'll be back again.

This place is awesome for getting Cuban Cigars and other types of Cigars. The service is good and the staff are very knowledgeable. The store is packed with all kinds of lighters and stuff needed for smoking your tobacco or cigar things. There is limited parking but if you get lucky you can park in front of the store. I highly recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of visiting Humidor 1 in Windsor yesterday, and the experience was outstanding. Fawzi, the owner, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. I came in to buy some pipe tobacco, and after mentioning I was interested in a particular pipe, he took the time to show me a few beautiful options and share his insights. The whole experience felt like a warm, welcoming visit with a friend rather than a typical shopping trip. Fawzi made sure I felt comfortable, valued, and at home—and even my wife felt the same! I went to Windsor this morning specifically to visit this establishment. I wasn’t disappointed. Fawzi was so nice and informative. He took the time to explain all the Cuban cigars and the nuances of them. We also talked about how he came to call Canada home. I watched him give another customer the same exceptional service. If you’re going to Windsor and looking for Cuban cigars visit this wonderful shop. Make sure you have an hour or so to spend in delightful conversation.

Terrible customer service. First thing he says to me as I ask if I can enter his humidor is you can look but don’t touch the cigars. I ask about his price range and looking for $15-20 cigars. He treats me as a peasant because I don’t look like I have money, because I don’t want to spend a lot on a cigar. I leave his store giving him a thumbs down signal. This guy sucks and so does his store.

I had an awesome experience at this store, they have a vast wealth of knowledge and recommended some great cigars! They have a wide selection of Cubans, I picked up some that I haven’t found lately in Toronto and Montreal since the short supply from Cuba post-pandemic.
